Machine Party Secrets — The Wheat Field, Ending & KETAS

Machine Party secrets guide covering the wheat field sequence, the reported SENTINAL message, KETAS theories, and what remains unconfirmed.

8/26/2026 Last updated: 8/26/2026

Machine Party leaves several story beats unexplained. This page separates the repeatable route players have reported from the theories surrounding KETAS and the ending. It contains late-game spoilers.

Quick Answer

Players report reaching an empty wheat field after Table Manners, alongside the message “SENTINAL: foreign modifications detected.” Walking toward the house continues the sequence. That route is useful and reproducible enough to document, but the available evidence does not establish a separate secret ending, a hidden sixteenth minigame, or a definitive explanation of KETAS.

How to Reach the Wheat Field

  1. Continue through the normal Machine Party sequence until you finish Table Manners.
  2. If the empty wheat field loads, look for the house in the distance rather than waiting for a new instruction.
  3. Walk toward the house to continue the scene.

This route comes from a Steam Community troubleshooting thread, where one player described the message and another identified the field as the cutscene after Table Manners. It is a player report, not an official walkthrough, so a future update could change the trigger or presentation.

What Does “SENTINAL” Mean?

The discussion records the on-screen spelling as SENTINAL, not “SENTINEL.” We preserve that spelling because quietly correcting it would turn a reported detail into an editorial assumption.

The phrase “foreign modifications detected” suggests that the system has noticed interference, but the game’s official store description does not explain who or what SENTINAL is. Treat connections to KETAS, the test facility, or the player characters as interpretation unless an official source confirms them.

Is This a Secret Ending?

Not on the evidence currently available. The wheat field is better described as a hidden or easily missed story sequence. The Steam report says it follows Table Manners and continues at the house; it does not demonstrate a second ending condition.

That distinction matters. A scene can be secret without being a separate ending, and an unresolved lore clue is not proof of another minigame. This page will only label a route “secret ending” after a repeatable trigger and a distinct outcome are documented.

What Is KETAS?

KETAS is discussed by players as part of Machine Party’s wider facility lore. Current community theories disagree on whether it names an organization, a system, or something else. The Steam plot discussion is useful for seeing those interpretations, but it is not developer confirmation.

What the official Steam listing does confirm is narrower: Machine Party is a 2–4 player collection of violent party games by Mike Klubnika and GDeavid, published by Oro Interactive, in which players can customize test subjects and sabotage one another. It does not currently provide an official glossary for KETAS or SENTINAL.

Evidence Key

  • Official: developer, publisher, player-count, and premise details from the Steam store listing.
  • Player report: the post–Table Manners wheat field, reported SENTINAL message, and walking to the house.
  • Interpretation: any claim about KETAS’s identity, SENTINAL’s role, or a distinct secret ending.

Verification note

Checked 2026-08-26. The current evidence log does not record a tested game build number or a play-session count. This page therefore preserves the exact player-reported wording, labels theories as theories, and does not claim a confirmed secret ending. Recheck after a developer statement, a verified game update, or a repeatable distinct ending route.
